The HRMD department intends to provide bigger allocation for first year students and transferees in terms of admission to the program subject to university requirements. The department also desires to provide the students with a program of study that will promote their total development especially in areas of communication, human resource management, business ethics, foreign culture and international business laws. It is the intention of the department to produce students with top caliber qualifications suited for employment anywhere in the world.
The HRMD curriculum is designed to satisfy the need of the industry for highly skilled professionals equipped with appropriate managerial expertise relevant to nation building and with strong sense of public service.
The HRMD curriculum and its syllabus must be imbedded with subjects and topics necessary to develop the culture of research and promote the development of innovative ideas essential in the development of critical knowledge in the field of human resource
In order to promote professional growth and attain proficiency in their job, the department embarks on a training program designed to promote professionalism among employees and faculty members.
The HRMD department encourages the formation of partnership with private and public organizations including other stakeholders like the alumni, the faculty, employees the community and students in charting and implementation of its social and development goals.
The department encourages the signing of collaborative agreement with foreign universities for the establishment of faculty exchange program and scholarship for faculty and students including collaboration in research and publication in reputable research journals.

A highly motivated, dedicated and results-oriented Dean from March 2023 up to present, Associate Dean, and Chairperson for MBA Program from March 2021 up to March 2022 and Chairperson of the Department of Human Resource Management (HRM), College of Business Administration Polytechnic University of the Philippines (CBA-PUP) since November 2016 up to March 06, 2022, and concurrently holds the positions of Chairperson for MBA and DBA Programs of PUP Open University System from October 2022 up to present for MBA and up to April 2023 for DBA.Â
With more than sixteen (16) years of teaching experience specialized in business administration and management courses and has more than thirteen (13) years of managerial experience in the corporate world, which includes nine (9) years in international logistics industry as Administrative and Finance Officer and Import-in-Charge, four (4) years in manpower and business consulting industry as Executive Secretary, Operations Manager, and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).Â
With strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills led to being the proponent of national and international impactful linkages, programs and activities geared towards improved welfare of the students and the faculty members.Â

She has represented the PUP in various professional organizations as (1) Chair, 17th BIDA Awards 2023, Education Committee of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry-PCCI (2) Vice-Chair, 9th National Education Forum 2019, PCCI (3) Member, Human Development Committee, Export Development Council (EDC), 2023 Founder and Treasurer of the Philippine-Vietnam Business Club, 2023.
Apart from her designations in the University, she was entrusted with various assignments such as (1) Chairman of the PUP Professorial Chair in Business and Finance since 2020 up to present (2) Member of the PUP Income Generating Project (IGP) Committee (3) Member of the Committee on Natatanging Kawani Award 2022, Chairman of the Curriculum Development Committee on BSBA-Major in Human Resource Management (2018) Master in Business Administration (2022) (4) Co-chair of the College of Business Administration Government-Academe-Industry Board (GIAB) 2022 up to present.
