These items are only available as an upgrade with beef orders (not sold separately). Be sure to select this option when placing your order to enjoy even more variety. 

Patties & Hot Dog Pricing Information

Beef Patties - $1.60 per pound

• Patties available in 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 pound

• 15 pound minimum 

• Paper comes between each patty for ease of use

• Pick your Pack - you choose the amount of patties per package

All Beef Hot Dogs - $4.49 per pound

• 25 pound minimum 

Beef & Pork Hot Dogs - $4.49 per pound of beef + $1.99 per pound of pork

• 50/50 ratio of beef to pork - 12.5 pounds beef, 12.5 pounds pork

• More juicy than all beef 

• Good way to get hot dogs but not use as much beef

• 25 pound minimum 

Hot Dog Information 

• Hot dog casing is similar to an Ambassador casing 

• Hot dogs are smoked

• Fully cooked, just need to warm up
