Gongoll Beef is grown locally, just a mile southwest of Mayer, MN, on a third-generation farm, where Fred Gongoll and his son David, raise their Angus beef cattle.
They also farm corn and soybeans, and raise chickens and ducks for fresh eggs.

Due to the continued rise in cattle prices, we must adjust our beef pricing.
Effective August 15, 2026, the cost will be $6.20 per pound. This includes $5.20/lb to Gongoll Beef, and $1.00/lb to Alsleben Meats for processing.
For a typical quarter beef with a hanging weight of 190–240 pounds, this results in a total cost between $1203,–$1,513.
