About Your Technician:
My name is Frank, and I am a fellow RVer with umpteen years of RVing experience. I have traveled up and down the east coast pulling both travel trailers and fifth wheels. I’ve always considered myself to be very handy and was never afraid to take on any RV project. Falling back on my past Electronic and Electrical Technology Training, I’ve repaired my own coaches on many occasions from small to large tasks, and often helped friends in doing the same. I was always “that guy” that you happened to meet at an RV Park that always had “that tool” or “that extra part” that you needed, and I was always happy to lend a hand to a fellow RVer.
After retiring from a 30+ year career in Law Enforcement, I decided to make my passion for RVing my new career, BUT being a “Do-It-Yourselfer” was not going to be good enough.
I enrolled in an RV Technician Training Program, and after a lengthy and intense course of study with both in person classes and hands on training, I have become RVSA certified in diagnosing and repairing ALL types of RV’s.
From Van Conversions to Pop-ups and Slide-ons, and from Travel Trailers and Fifth Wheels, to even the largest Class A, B, and C Motorhomes, I am trained to repair and service ALL of your RV appliances and components.
Building on my RVSA training, I’ve attended advanced RV Technician Seminars and Webinars to stay informed and trained on some of the newest RV systems on the market today.
I believe in prompt, professional and honest service, and I’ll always look at things from my customers point of view, because after all, I’ve been in their shoes too.
Additionally, most RV Dealers DO NOT instruct their customers on how to properly use the components in their coach, (or do not have someone qualified to do so). I will always take the extra time to educate my customers in the proper use and maintenance of the systems and components of their RV.
