Volunteers and Sign up

If you want a volunteer sheet created for your area, let the Event Stewards Know.  

This year, we're using the following site, Volunteer Signup. https://volunteersignup.org/

• Volunteer sheets will be printed and available at Info Point. 

• The online Sign UP will be closed Tuesday afternoon and printed on Wednesday Morning. 

• This is free software. It’s meant to be used by volunteer organizations. It’s simple, easy to use and mobile friendly.  There are no ads. 

• People can see who has volunteered, what shifts are full. 

• It creates worksheets of who has volunteered. 

• Only a person’s first Name and last initial are displayed publicly. But you get the full name, email and phone number.
