Other notes about the event I'm not quite sure where to put yet
sInfo Point and TShirt Sales will be combined at the Info Point location. The goal is reduce set up and have the spot fully attended with volunteers.
T-shirts and booklets will be for sale at Info Point. Gate will be for gate only.
Pre Registrations will be paid only this year. It complicates the daily gate reconciliation to have unpaid people show up randomly.
The event has 5 hose reels.

Tornado shelter: the area under the grandstand bleaches is a designated tornado shelter. This needs to be added to the Map
Add No Drones over equestrian and discuss a drone policy for the event
The building by Bardic is not available for event activities. We are not renting this builing.
Loaner Garb will be at Info Point
The area underneath the Grandstand Bleachers are an approved Tornado/Severe Weather Shelter. (Add to Map)
