Marching Warriors is in need of MANY volunteers!

Here are a few options:Â
Uniform Parent: Come to WVHS before or after a game/competition in order to hand out or collect the uniforms. This requires no previous experience! Sign up for as many or as few events as you can! For more information, contact the Uniform Coordinators Shilpa Iyer at shilpa.n.iyer@gmail.com or Erin Fillmore at erin.marele@gmail.com.
Pit Crew: Pit Crew will assist the front ensemble to get all relevant equipment, including the drum major tower, into place before the performance. They will stay off the field but nearby because immediately after the performance, all equipment will be returned to the school (after half-time for the Pit).
Hospitality: Pass out treats after a game/competition.
Donations: For each game/competition, we request snack/water donations! You can send these donations in with your Marching Warrior member!
The Craft Fair is the Band Boosters' largest fundraiser of the year!
The planning starts in the Fall and continues through the day of the Craft Fair in March. Here are some options for volunteering:

Coordinating the raffle

Parent Reimbursement
Please use the tax exempt form if you need to purchase items for the band program. Then, fill out the Reimbursement Form. You will need to upload your receipt.
