Monday, October 19 - Tuesday, November 10: Bread, Butter & Band Online Fundraiser (Sponsored by Texas Roadhouse)

Cross "buy bread" off your Thanksgiving to-do list. This season students are invited to raise some dough for WV band by selling Texas Roadhouse bread rolls ($8 a dozen) and Honey Cinnamon Butter ($2 per 8 oz butter tub), and/or e-gift cards.
Online ordering will be available from 10/19 - 11/10 and items will be available for buyers to pick up on 11/22 (11 am - 2 pm) at Texas Roadhouse on Route 59 during our Dine to Donate Fundraiser.
Seller Best Practice Suggestions:

- Friends and Family buyers can order directly via the link and select their preferred pick up time
- It is highly suggested to allow the buyer to pick up their own orders from Texas Roadhouse.
- If students pick up for their buyers, the student is responsible for keeping the bread frozen and the butter refrigerated until delivery. Recommend delivery 1-3 days after pick up.
- Note: Buyers are those that place the online order, not the students who made the sale.
How Sales Help WV Band
- 50% of bread & butter sales, 10% of e-gift cards sold will be donated to WV Band
- Buyers may designate the student they are supporting, allowing a portion of the proceeds to be credited to that student's individual account (Portion % to be determined and divided post fundraiser)
- BONUS: Gift cards purchased through the fundraiser can be used at the November 22 Dine to Donate event for an additional fundraising opportunity for WV Band! (See below)

Support WV Band by using the e-gift cards purchased during the Bread, Butter & Band fundraiser towards lunch on Sunday, November 22nd! After you dine, pick up the bread & butter previously ordered online for your upcoming Thanksgiving Dinner.

Throughout the year various fundraisers will be hosted at local restaurants who are willing to donate a portion of sales to the WVHS Band program. Current schedule is below, check back regularly for new dates! If you know of a local restaurant owner who is interested in participating, contact wvhsbandboosters1@gmail.com.

This is the Band Boosters' largest fundraising source for the school year. It happens in March every year, and there are approximately 90 vendors who sell items at Waubonsie Valley High School. Students have the opportunity to work at the Craft Fair in order to earn money for their student accounts. For more information, go to the WVHS Craft Fair Website.

Support WVHS Bands and your student accounts without any cost to you! Order gift cards from the 1st to 10th of each month (Noon cutoff on the 10th). Gift cards will be delivered (or downloadable) by the 15th of each month.
