President’s Report:

Popsicles with the Principle
- Need Volunteers; 4 pm set up (teachers)
  - Parker will be there full time frame
  - Board members will support throughout the night
- Order Table
  - Parker will complete request
- Flyers- Join with link, why to join, events
  - Mercadante will create flyers.
- Possible food truck/ BBQ
  - Parker will check in with Rosher to see if possible
Class Shirts
- Confirm what sizes are still available
- Order shirts based on what we have from survey
No Drive Ins this year
- Possible family passes? Would it fit the budget?
