Joining the Club, or renewing a Membership for any one year, is a prerequisite, to enrolling in any tuition.
Most of our new members and renewing members do so at the annual general meeting (AGM) usually held in February every year. However you are welcome to join at other times, including at the first tuition session that you book, by completing an Application Form and paying both the Membership Fee and the Tuition Fee.
Membership runs from the date that you sign up, up to and including the date of the next AGM.
The membership fee for the coming year is determined by the members at the AGM. It is currently set at $15.00 per year.
Membership entitles you to enrol in any class, workshop or one-on-one session offered by the club during that year. You will also be able to vote at the AGM and attend any social club function.

We try to keep our fees at an absolute minimum for our members and we are only able to do this through the generous work of our volunteer committee members and volunteer coaches.
Our club is operated wholly and solely by volunteers and we supplement the income that we receive from member fees with whatever grants we can get from government and businesses. Our income is used to pay for our club premises, internet, software, stationary and printing costs, hardware plus any required insurance. We also subsidise a Christmas break-up function for our members at the end of each year.
