Connecting a Refreshable Braille Display

Follow the instructions below to connect a refreshable braille display (RBD). Note: Once VoiceOver is turned on, you will need to use VoiceOver gestures to navigate. A single tap (which would open something with VoiceOver off) will now announce what you are touching, but not open it. To open the last voiced item, perform a double tap or a split tap.
