Quality Core Tools
Training Focus:
Overall, the training delivers practical, hands-on experience in using these advanced quality tools, preparing participants to lead and sustain quality and process improvement initiatives within their organizations.
FMEA Focus: Participants will engage in workshops to practice building and analyzing FMEA worksheets, identify critical failure modes, and develop mitigation strategies.
PPAP Focus: Sessions will guide participants through each PPAP element, from documentation to sample production, with hands-on exercises simulating real automotive approval scenarios. Training will highlight best practices for ensuring compliance and building robust supplier-customer relationships.
MSA Focus: Practical workshops will teach participants how to conduct MSA studies, including Gage R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility) and bias analysis. Training emphasizes interpreting results and using findings to improve measurement processes and quality control.
SPC Focus: Training for operators and supervisors on how to interpret control charts and use SPC data for real-time process monitoring and intervention. Participants will learn how to create and interpret control charts, apply process capability analysis, and respond to out-of-control situations. Training emphasizes real-time data analysis and integrating SPC into daily operations for proactive quality management.
APQP Focus: Participants will learn how to drive product quality from concept through production launch. The focus will be on proactive planning and integrating lessons learned. Training will foster collaboration between engineering, quality, and production teams.
