Check-In and Check-Out

Below, you'll find the check-in procedure. Our conference assistants will be on hand to guide you through these steps when you come to check in at registration.  Feel free to ask any questions you have.

• Pick up Registration Packet
  Registration packet includes ID badge to get access to buildings, a campus map, a room key in an envelope (keep the envelope), and a conference-specific t-shirt. You can pick this up at the welcome desk in the Elizabeth Phillips Academy Center (EPAC).

• Pick up a Blanket
  If you requested a blanket, please pick this up in EPAC. There is no need to pick up linens in EPAC, as they will already be available in your dorm rooms.

• Pick up a Fan
  If you would like a fan for your room (there is no air conditioning), please pick one up in EPAC. The fans will be located by the exit opposite the one on Tan Lane.

• Connect to Wifi
  Try to connect to the WiFi by clicking on "PEA_Guest," and follow the instructions. If you are unable to, please get IT Help. See the Technology section in the conference guide for more detailed directions.

• If EHI Participant: Pick up EHI Binder
  Pick up your binder and reader in the Elting Room. To get to the Elting Room, leave EPAC at the exit opposite the one on Tan Lane, and enter the building right across the quad. Use your new ID to enter the building and take a left. It is the large room at the end of the hallway (there will be helpful signage in the building as well).

• Parking Pass
  If you are parking a car, please pick up a parking pass to place in your car's windshield. This will alert Campus Safety that you are attending the conferences. The parking pass can be picked up at the welcome desk in EPAC.

Parking Information
Where to Park: Parking Garage (4 Chadwick Lane), any public road (Tan Lane, Front Street, Court Street, etc.)
Where NOT to Park: Faculty Parking Lots (Tan Lane Parking Lot, Jeremiah Smith Parking Lot, Bissell House Parking Lot, etc.), Dormitory Parking Lots.  You may temporarily park in dormitory parking lots to unload your belongings.

Late Arrivals
In the case that you arrive late, call Campus Safety (603-777-4444) to get let in and get materials (after 6 pm that day).

Below, you'll find the procedure for checking out. Our conference assistants will be available at the information table throughout the conference to answer any questions you may have regarding the checkout process.

• Dormitory Cleanup
  Please leave your linens, sheets, and blankets in the common room of your dorms. Leave your rooms open and unlocked. Ensure that you do not leave any of your belongings behind.

• Returns
  Return your room keys and ID badges in the envelopes they were given to you in. This can be done at the welcome/help desk. Return your fans where you collected them in EPAC.

• Certificates and Documentation
  Please pick up your certificates and clock hour letters from the welcome/help desk.

• Luggage
  Drop off your luggage in EPAC and get a tag at the welcome/help desk to mark it. This needs to be done prior to your closing class. Collect your luggage after your closing class.

• Closing Class
  Attend your closing class. Fill out evaluations (which will be posted on the last day) during the closing class.

Departure Information
Buses leave from Tan Lane at 1 pm sharp. Even if you are not taking the bus, you must be off campus by 1 pm.
