Airport Transportation

It is a 2-step process to get to the Academy from Logan Airport or South Station. 

• Step 1:
  Take C&J Trailways from the airport (or South Station) to Seabrook, NH. Click here for their weekend northbound schedule. We recommend  you reserve / purchase your ticket in advance online as it is a busy time of year. You only need to purchase a one-way ticket. 

• Step 2:
  We provide complimentary shuttles from the Seabrook bus station directly to the Academy. These shuttles coincide with buses arriving from Logan Airport. Our white buses circle the station every hour during these times.

From Manchester Airport. 

• If you are flying into Manchester airport, you are responsible for getting yourself to the Academy. 

• Some options for local transportation providers are: Uber, Green Rides, Flight Line Express,Seacoast Airport Service. 

The Academy does not endorse any particular service, nor is this an exhaustive list of providers. We have compiled this list as a courtesy to our conference attendees. You will only need to secure a one-way ride,.

To Boston Logan Airport: 

At the conclusion of the conference on Friday, we provide private coaches that go directly from the Academy to Logan Airport. To ride the bus, you must have purchased a ticket when you registered. The buses leave campus at 1:00 p.m. on Friday and arrive at Logan by 2:05 p.m.

To Manchester Airport: 

We provide a shuttle back to the Manchester Airport that leaves directly from the Academy and stops at each airline. To ride the shuttle, you must have purchased a ticket when you registered. The shuttle leaves the Academy (Tan Lane) at 1:00 p.m. on Friday and arrives in Manchester by 2:05 p.m.
