Drill Team LDRS
Reports directly to the Deputy Group Commander and the ASI
Maintain a high degree of esprit de corps and discipline within the team
Establish a training schedule approved by the ASI
Ensure that the team is prepared for local parades and drill competitions
Fill out and send in applications for attendance to competitions
If a purchase order (PO) is required for an entry, the PO will be given to the SASI a minimum of four weeks prior to the planned performance
Request transportation via the ASI no later than three weeks prior to the event
Ensure drill team equipment is properly accounted for and kept ready for the next use
Make sure the gloves remain white, degrease rifles and display in working order, clean and account for berets and chords, etc. (this is not all inclusive)
Complete a drill team practice/debrief by 16:45 unless previously approved
Maintain a comprehensive folder describing and diagramming team routines located in the cadet file cabinet
Develop an equitable process to select team members as a written document that can be reviewed by whom it may concern
Review weekly Flag Detail reports and pass them to the ASI
Reports directly to the Drill Team Commander and the ASI

Ensure that the team is prepared for local parades, competitions, assemblies, sporting events, etc.
Maintain flags, guidons, gloves, rifles, and other associated equipment in the Armory
Assist and monitor training/scheduling cadets for “Flag Detail”
Upload all data from practices and events into WINGS
Reports directly to the Honor Guard/Color Guard Commander
Plan and schedule cadets for Flag Detail duty
Assign one upper-class cadet and their Adopt-A-Cadets to a flag detail (morning and afternoon teams) during each semester
Ensure that the Flag Detail schedule is posted no later than the Wednesday prior to the duty
Ensure that the assigned upperclassman is aware of their week of Flag Detail Duty
Upperclassmen are responsible for contacting their Adopt-A-Cadets, training their cadets, arranging replacements, and reporting successful completion (Via Memo) no later than the Tuesday following the assigned duty
Train upper-class cadets for Flag Detail
Upload all data from Flag Detail duties into WINGS
Submit weekly status reports to the Honor Guard/Color Guard Commander
The report will indicate assigned cadet’s performance and any associated concerns
A copy of the reports will be maintained in the cadet file cabinet
