A Rho Gamma is a recruitment counselor - an objective, unbiased resource for potential new member's before, during and after the recruitment process. They work to help every potential new member find their forever home.

Each Rho Gamma is assigned to a specific first-year student residence hall or upperclassmen.

Rho Gammas will be table sitting and hosting engaging informational sessions throughout A Term.
