WPE DiaTec is a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) technology based high strength and extremely durable concrete.

In this case, a high-strength binder system is mixed with mineral or ceramic aggregates and, if required, with metallic, ceramic and plastic fibers, and processed as a mortar, potting or spraying compound.

WPE DiaTec can be installed jointlessly in any material thickness, even overhead.

Up to a maximum continuous temperature of 450 ° C, we use our standard temperature material qualities. For a continuous temperature above 450 ° C up to a maximum of 1200 ° C, we use our high temperature material qualities.

An anchor system is usually required for the processing of WPE DiaTec on concrete or steel structures. We recommend:

Mixing instruction

The binder and the aggregates are mixed dry for at least 3 minutes in the required mass ratio.

Water is necessary in drinking water quality to mix it to the binder material.

The minimum quantity of water is then added and the mixture is mixed for a further 5 - 8 minutes.

If after this time the desired consistency has not been adjusted, smaller amounts of water can be added. After additional water has been added, the mixture must be mixed for at least 3 - 4 minutes before adding water.

The installation time depends on the ambient temperature. On average, a installation time of 30 - 45 minutes is possible.
