The area directly in front of the Elks Lodge is a Drop Off Zone only - NO PARKING PLEASE - Students should be dropped off at the front entrance 10 - 15 minutes before class (Junior class @ 6:15PM & Senior class @ 8:00PM) and picked up promptly in the rear parking lot when class is over.
Junior class ends at 7:45PM & Senior class ends at 9:30PM.
To comply with the City of Playa del Rey noise ordinance, all Students must picked up no later than 9:45PM - We have secured Outside Security to manage this critical task - Students not picked up by 9:45PM will be required to wait inside until their ride arrives.
There is ample parking in the rear of the building if you are staying to chaperone.
Due to space limitations, this facility does not have an observation area for parents to stay and watch the class. Please do not gather in the entry lobby before class or in the exit hallway after class - These areas must remain clear at all times.
We always have 3 or 4 chaperone couples (parent volunteers) inside and around the building to supervise the children and monitor their safety while attending Cotillion.
