A member of our Event Leader team will select parent volunteers from the VOLUNTEER LIST for assistance.
Chaperones manage students arrival to class, help with check in, greet students in the receiving line, monitor hallway and rest rooms during the class, prepare and serve refreshments, and stay after class until all students have been successfully picked up.
If you are selected to Chaperone, the Event Leader for that month will contact you about one week prior to the event.
Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your class start time.
Gentlemen may wear either a suit and tie or sports jacket, dress pants and tie.
Ladies may wear either a dress or business suit.
No jeans, running shoes or casual attire please - We ask the kids dress up - Chaperones need to do so as well.
We have a costume party in January for our 50's Sock Hop - Please feel to wear a 50's costume if you so desire.
We always have more parent volunteers than we need, so please understand if you are not contacted.
