The Arvadi is a grass-like plant that lined the inside of the caves on Cansevai. They’re similar in size and design to the quills of a Worbal. They grow separately but can connect their root systems to operate as one large organism. They predominantly glow blue, but a purple variant has been observed to grow underwater. It’s theorized that before Worbal's bioluminescent color diverged, all Worbals glowed blue to match with the plant. These plants feed off of Worbal electricity and spread their seeds by getting stuck in Worbal fur.
Ancient Worbals hid among this plant to hunt. They’d line the cave walls to create a tesla gate and wait for prey to pass through. Using the interconnected root system, Worbals could send electrical signals through them to communicate or track prey. The Arvadi would take a little bit of this energy for itself.
Modern Worbals have recovered some of the DNA stored on the Horizon during the evacuation of Cansevai and have been able to bring back the plant. They've planted them in some of Erani’s caves and are sometimes used as houseplants.
