A Worbal household will typically house an entire pack, though this isn't always the case as packs don't always live together. Homes in major cities are metallic with curved detailing. Although the main areas such as the kitchen and social rooms are similar to that on earth, the bedrooms tend to be non-linear, mimicking the caves the ancient Worbals once lived in. These rooms are similar to ant tunnels and chambers, though also somewhat more planned and designed to fit into a standardized size for buildings. Inside these structures are a multitude of shelves, overhangs, pockets, tunnels to other chambers, and climbing surfaces. The spaces are usually large enough for a Worbal to stand. Most surfaces in these spaces are covered in soft materials and lit with colored lighting similar in hues to that of the plant life in the caves of Cansevai. As the bedrooms are designed by Worbal artists, no two are the same. Depending on the house, some will have windows and others will not. Most homes have 2 or more of these spaces to accommodate for the entire pack plus any guests.
Housing outside the city has the same rooms as those in the city, but are made from materials such as wood and stone as well as metals.
Every house will have one or more plain metallic walls. These walls can be curved, straight, on the ceiling, or on the floor. These are interfaces with the home computer. These computers have every functionality of a regular computer, but are also integrated with every device that is a part of the house.
Worbal cities are designed from the ground up with advanced technology in mind since they don’t have any historical roots. As such, the streets are extremely wide and sidewalks line everything. With the use of hover vehicles, some roads are holographic with the sidewalk covering the ground below. Public transport is built underground. Although it isn’t illegal to drive through a city, the majority of the population chooses to walk or ride the public transport.
