What To Do After You've Booked

So you've booked, now what?

Step 1) Review the dates listed in your confirmation email & mark them in your calendar

Step 2) Fill out our "Information & Contact Form"

This form will be sent to you after you book. It helps us collect your information and your swimmer(s)'s information. It also provides more detail about the next steps, what to bring, etc. We would love for you to fill it out as soon as you get the chance, but we understand life is busy! So please just make sure it is filled out at least two weeks before your first day of lessons. If you have any difficulty loading the form or filling it out, give us a shout - we'd love to help you out!  

Step 3) Pay for your lessons

Information about payment and payment methods is included in the information and contact form. But you can find it here as well! 

This summer, in order to book your spot, you must pay a $50 deposit per swimmer up front. So, if you have not paid yet, please do so we can reserve your spot. We accept E-Transfer. If we do not receive any payment or a message from you, we will have to give your spot to someone else. Unfortunately, if you do not pay on or by your first day of lessons, your swimmers will not be able to participate until you have paid. 

E-Transfers can be sent to woodlaneswimacademy@gmail.com. In the subject/information section, please include your name, the name of your swimmers, and the week(s) you have booked for. It will ensure there is no confusion. 

A week or two prior to your lessons, we will send you a quick message with this information and more as a friendly reminder and refresher! :)
