Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling lessons is absoultely no problem! If something comes up, please message us and we will do our best to book you for another time!

Rescheduling:

If you decide to reschedule your lessons, we will do our best to accommodate you and your swimmers. However, we do not guarantee we will be able to book your swimmers for another week or time of day. If we are unable to book you for another time, we will not issue you a refund. We will not accept requests to reschedule the time of one or two lessons - if you need to reschedule one lesson, you must reschedule them all. If you need to reschedule your lessons, please let us know at least two weeks in advance. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations are absolutely no problem but we will not be issuing refunds during the summer of 2023. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes. 

Not-so-nice weather:

Unfortunately, the weather may impact your lessons during the summer. If it is raining, lessons will not be cancelled for the day. If it is cool or extremely hot outside, lessons will not be cancelled for the day. However, if there are thunderstorms, lessons will be cancelled as a safety precaution. If lessons are cancelled due to the weather, we will either move the missed lesson to the following Saturday or Sunday, or we will try to get through more skills in the next lesson (this decision will be at the instructor's discretion). We are not responsible for the weather or lesson cancellations due to the weather. Therefore, we will not be issuing discounts or refunds if the weather impacts your lessons. 

Other scheduling issues:

If the weather is not ideal or if something comes up (as these things always do!), you can decide not to attend one day of lessons. That is completly up to you, your family, and your swimmers. However, this may impact the number of skills or levels your swimmer(s) are able to pass and we can not guarantee they will catch up (we will do our best!). If you do choose not to attend all five lessons, we will also not be issuing refunds or discounts.
