Condo Fee Payment Options

Option #1: Condo Café Online – Convenience fees charged by the payment processing company are as follows:

o   Credit Card payments: 2.5% of total payment

o   Online Check payment: $0.95 for any payment using a bank account

o   Debit Card ACH under $1,000: $3.95

o   Debit Card ACH over $1,000.01: $4.95

Option #2: Online Bill Pay with your financial institution – check with your bank for their charges, if any.  Usually free.  Please remit payments as follows, payable to:

Option #3: Mail your payment to our office address  (above) and make your check or money order payable to Northridge Lakes – Woodlake Owners Association (please include your unit address)

Option #4: Automatic ACH Payments – there is no fee for this service (please request a form or download the form below, fill and return)
