Q. My basement drain is backing up, what do I do?

A. Call a board member first. We have accounts with a couple of sewer and drain companies and can often get someone in to fix the problem quickly. If the blockage is not related to your unit the bill goes to the association but if it's under or close to your unit the bill goes to the owner. The association will only pay for services that is authorized by a board member. Whenever possible aboard member must be present for the work.

Q. Can I put up a security camera?

A. Yes! And if approved by the board in advance you can get up to $375 reimbursed for the expense.

Q. Can I put pavers by my patio door if it's in the common area?
