The Centre is run by volunteers, so if you need an appointment, please contact us first before coming to the office.

If telephoning, please leave a clear message with your name, number and we will call you back.

Please note that the office is normally open on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 am to 2pm. Other times by appointment.
