Noa Green
Having turned the TV on one day, Noa Green stumbled upon an ongoing Formula One race, but didn’t think much of it in the moment. It wasn’t until the following day that she did her research on the drivers, team, and the series itself. Noa’s interest had peaked, but she didn’t have anyone to talk motorsports with. Deciding to start creating content was her way of piecing together a community.

Q: What sparked your interest in content creation within motorsports?
A: I started posting videos about things in motorsports I was seeing in order to get other people's input on it as well. If I saw something happening in a series, I didn't really have anyone to share it or talk about it with. So, if it was something that I thought was interesting or something I wanted people's input on, I would make a video about it. People would end up commenting on them and the community started growing from there on.
Q: Within your content, what is a “niche” you have (a series or a type of creation that is specific to you)?
A: My content keeps people up to date on things happening in the Formula One world as a whole, in addition to showcasing McLaren and Lando Norris. Those are my niches, and when people see things happen with McLaren or Lando, they come to my page to see my reactions or to see how I am feeling.

Q: What’s important to you about building your motorsports community? What values do you consider?
A: Inclusivity and making everyone feel welcome, and knowing they have a place, is something that I value and is what I try to strive to do. Even if they support different teams and drivers, making sure that they know they can still come here and be welcome is why having women in motorsport is so important.
Q: One thing you’d want to say to new women fans looking to join or learn about motorsports.
A: Don't be afraid to make mistakes. At first, I was worried about saying the wrong thing because people immediately assume. People/fans are not going to know every single rule, and I still don't know everything about every motorsport series or even Formula One, which I am more into.
