Cadence Wille
As a certified personal trainer, Cadence Wille’s passion for fitness runs deep. To her, motorsports is not just a sport but rather a performance sport. Cadence and her family have an interest in cars, but it wasn’t until she had the opportunity to drive on track for the first time that her interest solidified. Tying together her love for fitness and motorsports, a spark for content was created.

Q: What sparked your interest in content creation within motorsports?
A: I started my motorsport pages in April of 2024, but before that, I created fitness and fashion lifestyle content on my personal Instagram page. That's how I became interested in the actual content creation lane, and before that, I had cultivated a long list of content ideas and topics related to motorsport.
I was hesitant to be active on Instagram because I wasn't quite sure how I would be received, but I decided to take the plunge and post on TikTok. My first couple of videos did quite well. I was happy with the people I was finding and the community there, so I expanded to Instagram shortly after.
Q: Within your content, what is a “niche” you have (a series or a type of creation that is specific to you)?
A: I'd say my niche is kind of a variety. I do post, commentary, comedy, lore, and even motorsport nail art that I do every once in a while. As for nail art, I've done Lando Norris' helmet design on my nails and the Vodafone McLaren livery. The Vodafone nails took a while because there were so many layers, and then taking the time with the LED gel lamp to cure each one. So I referred to them as a “two-stop” strategy because I did them over the course of a couple of days in different breaks.

Q: What’s important to you about building your motorsports community? What values do you consider?
A: What’s important is making sure that people are encouraged to share their individual opinions and know that you can have discussions with those with opposing views while keeping it respectful. I'm often impressed by just how easy it is to share a hot take or disagree with somebody, but still, through that, have a really great fan-to-fan conversation.
Q: One thing you’d want to say to new women fans looking to join or learn about motorsports.
A: Enjoy motorsport your way [this was Cadence's tag line she had as part of her social media bio]. Explore the sport, dive deeper into what interests you, and own the lane in which you choose to be a motorsport or Formula One fan. Don't get caught up in someone telling you that you're not watching or learning about it correctly. People may not agree with how you choose to enjoy motorsport, but there's room for all kinds of fans. If you are looking for community, you will find it.
