"Bridget is serious about fitness! She has been my personal trainer for several months. She is kind and fun, and never forceful. It has been wonderful having her train me over Zoom. She is very knowledgable about the muscles in the body and how to build them in a safe way. She has made an exercise plan just for me and my specific needs. One thing I enjoy working on is balance.
