We grew by nearly 60% this year over last year, and that was awesome! We still have room to grow as well.
None of this could have happened without the volunteers.
Thanks also to Winnacunet High School for the room and support in bringing this event to life.
Martha's Restaurant and Nick's Restaurant did a great job delivering food for the patrons and donating food for the volunteers.

We took your suggestions into consideration and are addressing them.
The number one suggestion was to have different seating options. This year varied seating and padded chairs will be added to the game room. There will also be an equal mix of rectangular tables along with the octagon tables from last year. All of the rectangular tables and two octagon tables will have open seating for chairs and wheelchairs.
Better and larger signage for the restrooms.
Players Wanted, Teachers Wanted, etc, will be added this year.
A "Would Like to Join a Game" table with seating will be included.
A game guide folder will include a listing of the Wolf Crest Games offerings alphabetically organized by player count, and average time to play.
Notices
People have been asking about food and ATM availability.
There is no ATM on-site. There are ATMs at Bank of America available less than a .5 miles from the event, and a Citizens Bank about 1 mile away. We will be taking debit and credit cards for tickets through Square at the door. Of course cash is always accepted.
We are proud to have partnered with Martha's Restaurant and Nick's Place to bring food to the event. They will take most forms of payment and deliver to the event doors. ZSee their links on the sponsors page to preview their menus.
About Us
The Wolf Crest Game Con is an event promoting all-ages table top gaming with a focus on board games. Individuals as well as groups are encouraged to come and play, meet other game-players, learn, teach, and enjoy a variety of games. A lending library of approximately 300 unique games will be available to play.
While bringing and sharing your own games is not required, attendees are encouraged to bring games from their own collections to play or share. Numbered tables on which to place your games to share with other attendees will be provided. You can take one of your own games, borrow a game from the top of a table to play with your friends, or find a group and an open space to sit down and play!
Tickets
Badges for Sat, August 16th, 2025 are available online and at the door. We will accept cash, and debit/credit cards through Square. We are not accepting Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle at the door. Badges will be provided at the door with proof of purchase, printed or on your devices.

Refunds & Transfers
Tickets can be transferred to another person of the same age bracket up to 7 days before the event by emailing wolfcrestgamecon@gmail.com.
Refunds minus the Square processing fees can be requested through WolfCrestGameCon@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed up until 7 days before the event.
Each table will have a sheet to log your games, a number placard, and numbers to place inside your game boxes so people know what table to bring them back to when you are done.
Choose any unclaimed table space (note which number table it is).
Write the names of your games on the game sheets provided. Put a numbered slip of paper in each game box so lenders know where to return the game.
Put what time you are leaving on the sheet as well so that people don't start games too close to your departure time.
If you have games you do not wish to share please place them underneath the table.
Borrow any game from the top of the lending tables. Check the leaving-time the owner has listed on the game log so as not to start a game without enough time to finish.
Please do not touch games stored under the tables. Those are not available for patrons to play.
Find an open gaming table and some people to play with.
There will be "Players/Teacher Wanted" signs available.
If you are unsure as to which table to return a game to please bring it to the information table and we will try to help.

If coming from Park Ave., drive past the main entrance and look for signs to the event entrance and parking.
If coming from Winnacunnet Road, there is parking on the right and along the school.
FAQ
How do I get my badge? - Bring your ticket receipt from Square either printed, or on your device to claim your badge(s) at the registration desk.
If I am purchasing a badge at the door what forms of payment do you accept? - We will accept cash or credit/debit cards using Square at the door. Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle are not accepted at this event.
Is there a minimum age for attending? - While there is no minimum age. All attendees between the ages of 13 - 17 must have a guardian at the event, attendees under the age of 13 must remain with a guardian for the duration of the event. No exceptions.
Is there a fee for parking? - Parking is free and there is plenty of space.
Can I bring my own food/drink? - You may bring your own food and drink. There will be designated areas for eating. Food is not allowed at the gaming tables. Alcohol and other substances are NOT permitted at this event.
Will there be panels or speakers? - No panels or speakers are planned for this inaugural year, but we are open to having them this year or in the future. Please email us at WolfCrestGameCon@gmail.com if you are interested in running a panel or presenting.
Will there be vendors present? - At this time we are looking into inviting a few vendors to attend. Please email us at WolfCrestGameCon@gmail.com if you are interested in vending. An application is in the works.
If I cannot attend will I be allowed to transfer my ticket to someone else? You may transfer your ticket up to 1 weeks before the event. Please email us at WolfCrestGameCon@gmail.com if the need arises.
Are the tables wheelchair accessable? There are tabkes with built in seating, and tables with standard cahirs that can be moved for access, and if you have special seating that you would like to bring, feel free.
