Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, facility employees, and volunteers at our events are required to adhere to the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all people on the premises to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Wolf Crest Games LLC strives to provide a harassment-free experience for all, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religious views, or any other characteristics. We do not tolerate harassment of any people present, in any capacity, at our events.
In New Hampshire it constitutes harassment to use inappropriate language with the purpose of annoying or alarming another. Harassment also encompasses “insults,” “taunts,” or “challenges” in a manner likely to “provoke a violent or disorderly response.”
Attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If an attendee engages in harassing behavior the event organizers may take actions they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expulsion from the event with no refund, and/or contacting the local authorities.
We expect attendees to follow these rules at event venues and event-sanctioned social events.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact an organizer immediately. A volunteer at the front desk will help you contact an event director.
Organizers will be happy to help attendees contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event.
Masks
The use of masks will follow published state/local requirements. Currently there are no masking requirements for this location. Wolf Crest GamesLLC encourages its attendees to use masks as they see fit in accordance with local requirements.
