Volunteers
We are accepting volunteersfor the second annual Wolf Crest Game Con. Slots are 2 hours long and people can sign up for multiple slots. Volunteers will receive a discounted day badge to offset time missed from playing.

Vendors
We are taking applications for vendors for the 3rd annual Wolf Crest Game Con.
Each table is $50 and will include one badge for the event. Badges for other table attendants may be provided at a discount. Please make a note in the final section if there are special circumstances involving the people working the event we will do our best to make reasonable accomodations.
Note - This application is for vendors only, separate forms for sponsors and volunteers can be found on this page.

Sponsors

1. Convention Sponsor
Investment: $75 value in donated games, goods/gift cards, etc.
Benefits:

2. You are mentioned whenever your goods are used as contest prizes, and/or charity programming.
3. Advertising space provided at the event - posters, business cards, flyers, (to be supplied by the sponsor) etc. will be prominently displayed

4. You will be featured in Web & Social Sponsorship Blast(s)

Investment: $300+ value in donated games, goods/gift cards, etc.
Benefits:
1. Includes the Convention & Community Sponsor perks listed above.
2. Prominent recognition at the Silent Auction (18+)
3. Logo placement on the digital auction sponsor screen in the event hall
4. Logo placement on the Outdoor Digital advertising roadside screen for 1 month before the event
4. Promotional materials (provided by the sponsor) included in the bag/box/display of every related auction item
5. Sponsor acknowledgment during the silent auction resolution (live at the event)
