Volunteers
We are accepting volunteersfor the second annual Wolf Crest Game Con. Slots are 2 hours long and people can sign up for multiple slots. Volunteers will receive a discounted day badge to offset time missed from playing.

Vendors
We are taking applications for vendors for the second annual Wolf Crest Game Con.
Each table is $50 and will include one badge for the event. Badges for other table attendants may be provided at a discount. Please make a note in the final section if there are special circumstances involving the people working the event we will do our best to make reasonable accomodations.

Sponsors - Would you like to be a Sponsor or this event? We are offering the following in exchange for a donation of at least $50 or the equivalent value MSRP of new games to be used at the discretion of the coordinator(s) in: the Lending Library of Games, the fundraising to raise money for the WHS Nurses’ fund, and possible play to win drawings.
- Display of a sponsor provided advertisement poster/banner for the duration of the event
- Listing with a description and link on the sponsor page of the official Wolf Crest Game Con website.
- Sponsor provided advertisement flyer and/or business cards distributed on site - 100 minimum.
- Table at the event for display/demonstration purposes.
