Wokingham Festival Interactive Calendar - Installing the mobile app and adding the schedule

Install the Mobile App and add the Schedule to it

There's a free app (called Teamup Calendar) for iPhone / Android, which you can install to view the Schedule.

This is a two-step process, but don't worry, you'll only need to do this bit once! First install the app, then add the schedule.

Step 1

Install the app for your phone from the links above, but DON'T open it yet. (Or if you do open it, close it again and come back here for the next step.)

Step 2

Click on this Wokingham Festival calendar link.

Clicking on the link will open the app to add the schedule ID for the Festival (it has a totally unmemorable ID of kseq6p16y7y1nyxh2u, which is why it's much easier to just click on the link).

Tap the green Continue button to add it.

You can safely ignore any prompts to create an account, which is not necessary.

Just tap Continue without account in blue, below the green LOG IN and Signup buttons.

You're done! Click on the Wokingham Festival box to see the schedule.

Once you're in the schedule, you can choose List, Day or Week view by sliding out the side bar from the left or clicking the menu icon in the top left corner.

Day or Week view gives a more graphical layout than the initial List view, but for week view to be useful, you'll probably want to hide some of the Calendars and turn your phone to landscape mode.

You can swipe right or left to change the date. And just like the desktop version, you can click on the colour coded calendars in the side bar to show or hide those events. Note that clicking on the eye icon on the right hand side of a calendar is different: it shows just that one, hiding all the others. Clicking it again shows them all.

And when you open the app again, it'll all be just as you left it, showing all the same Calendars, searches, etc.
