You can add individual events to your personal calendar, or all of the named groups of events, or even every event in the whole festival schedule.
To share (copy) an individual event to your calendar, or to send a link including details about it to your friends, click or tap on the event.
If you share it with one of the non-calendar apps, you'll be sharing a link to the Calendar entry (so the link may look a bit odd - but the it will always lead to up to date information about the event) to the service that you choose from the list shown on your screen (provided that you have an account with those services, where necessary - you'll need to be signed into your account with that service). The exact format of what's shared varies a little, depending on which way you do it and what you share it with.
If you add the event to a Calendar, it will create a Calendar (Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar / iCal) entry for the event's date and time, with the title and details of the event. However, this will be a copy of the event, and will not get updated if any of the details change.
On desktop, Click on the Share button and choose the service you want to share the event to
In the mobile app, you'll see a slightly different list.
From the desktop version, you can get a link to the feed for each of the individual Calendars (Family, Yoga, Trademark Windows Stage, etc.), or for the entire Festival as a whole. That will allow you to add a Read Only version of what's happening to your own personal Calendar service (e.g. iCal or Google Calendar), which you will then be able to view on your phone if you use those Calendar apps.
Note that calendar feeds in any of these apps may be 12-24 hours out of date, so using the Teamup Calendar App for iPhone or Android instead is the best way to make sure that you can keep up to date with any last minute changes in the schedule.
To see how to add a feed to your iPhone Calendar, scroll down to the section header Subscribe to a calendar in this iPhone User Guide.
To see how to add a feed to your Google / Android Calendar, see this guide to Subscribing to a calendar using iCal-URL.
To see how to add a feed to your Outlook Calendar, scroll down and expand the section Subscribe to a Calendar in this Outlook support page.
If you would like to print a copy of the schedule, first choose your preferred layout on the dekstop version, and then from the menu choose PDF Print and Export. You will be able to choose landscape or portrait layout, and choose some other aspects of the way it will look. You will be able to see a preview before you print (in some cases, you may need to hit the Refresh button in the preview menu to see the change).
Please note that most of the other options in the menu are not enabled for the Festival's Schedule.
