Polynomial Perimeter & Area

Objective

• I understand that Perimeter is a one dimensional measurement which gives the sum of the sides of any polygon

• I understand that Area = l • w (for a rectangle) is a two dimensional measurement which gives the number of unit squares that can fill a shape.

  • I can find the perimeter, area, or volume of any object using polynomials for it's dimensions.
