Questions for All Calls

· What is the priority on the call depending on customer needs at end quote price for dispatch fee and to “look“at the issue?

· Advise them we take check or card for the transaction and should be prepared to pay the tech when he at the home and completes the work.

What type of electrical panel do you have? Is it a Federal Pacific or Zinsco?

If yes add “FPE” TAG and add “L1” TAG remove “L2” TAG

Do you know what kind of wiring you have in the home?
