1) Our Dispatch rate includes the travel and troubleshooting associated with getting to your home or business as well as the time spent with your technician, which is not limited in any way, he will spend as much time as you like answering all of your questions.
2) Since we include a Service Fee on all calls this enables us to remain more competitive.
In comparison, any other company that does not include a Service fee will then add all uncollected consultation time to each "estimate" that they give, this means if you go with their work you will be paying an inflated price to cover all of the time with other customers.
3) Since everything we do is GUARANTEED to your satisfaction and warrantied for UP TO 5 years, if anything does stop working, this could mean significant savings for you by not paying for the work twice.
