Clara Poteet is an Art History & English double major and Phi Beta Kappa scholar, fascinated by the intersection of gender and religion in art and literature. Her research on Genesis in the Brontës has been published in Victorians: A Journal of Culture and Literature, and she hopes to combine this interest with further work in museum studies. While she would ideally move to 18th-century Paris to be a salonnière, she will settle for hopefully teaching English in France with TAPIF. She would like to extend a huge thanks to the Art History Department, especially Anne Williams for helping originate this project, and Cristina Stancioiu for seeing it through.
