REFLEXIÓ FINAL

Com a reflexió, podem dir que en alguns àmbits tecnològics i científics no s'ha considerat al sexe femení com un element important, fet que ha provocat que el nombre de dones interessades a introduir-se en aquest món hagi estat més limitat, fins fa poc, ja que en l'actualitat les dones han anat incorporant-se a noves tasques, que fins ara eren pràcticament exclusives del sexe masculí, com el cas de la informàtica, els programadors, etc.

Aquest treball ens ha permès comprovar, que encara que sempre han existit dones interessades en àmbits considerats no adients per a elles, no ha estat fins fa poc que han començat a ser valorades i recompensades pel seu treball, encara que queda molt de camí.

As a reflection, we can say that in some technological and scientific fields, gender has not been considered as an important element, which has led to the fact that the number of women interested in entering into this world has been more limited, until now little, since women are currently incorporating new tasks, which until now were virtually exclusive to men, such as computer science, programmers, etc.

This work has allowed us to verify that, although there have always been women interested in areas considered inappropriate for them, it has not been until recently that they have begun to be valued and rewarded for their work, although there is a long way to go.
