Lounge of Lizards

Lounge of Lizards (LOL) is a fundraising tournament in partnership with the Tosa East Nonbinary & Girls Ultimate (TENGU) team.  Any profits from the event will go to support their season costs as well as other youth initiatives in the greater Milwaukee area. 

This is a single day, 5 v 5, Indoor tournament for girls, women, and nonbinary players and teams.  This is a USAU sanctioned event.

Event Details for 204:

• Date --> Sunday January 21st

• Time --> 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Location --> The Yard Milwaukee  (Indoor Turf)

• Format  --> 5 v 5 timed games

• Divisions --> High School Girls, College Women, Club Women

  • Note: These are the specific division titles from USA Ultimate.  We encourage participation by non-binary and gender fluid players should the above divisions match their preferred play.

• Cost --> $250

  • Note: This is a fundraising tournament and any profits will go to offset the costs of TENGU's season.  At the same time, we'd love to help the community grow and think individual/team finances should not be a barrier to participation.  If you need financial assistance to participate, please reach out to wisconsinultimate @ gmail

Registraion Steps:

In order to be fully registered you must complete ALL THREE of the following steps.

1. Fill out the registration form.

2. Pay the registration fee via paypal or venmo (@Wisconsin-Ultimate).   Preferably you would use the paypal links below, but Venmo or other method (checks from your university/school) also work great, just please please please use 'Friends and Family' or whatever other settings results in no fees on our end.  If you need an invoice for your team/school let us know.

3. Register your team via your USAU team manager account:

   • • Team registrants -->

       • From your team manager account in USAU,  either select a current team or create a new team for this event.

         • This is a recreational sanctioned event meaning that while USAU memberships are required, the results will not impact college or club rankings.  Players can play with any team they want without it affecting their current/future plans in 2024.

       • Click 'Register for Events', isolate Wisconsin from the pulldown menu, and find our event and register.

       • Make sure you add all of your players, with 2024 current memberships, to your EVENT roster.
