MEET DECLARATION: You must let the coaches know whether or not your swimmer plans on attending the meet by declaring your swimmer in swimmingly. Even if your child is not planning to swim, declaring them "No" is information we need to plan the meet. 

SWIMMER CHECK IN:

• Upon arrival, check in with the coach at the check in table by the baby pool.

• If you are unable to attend the meet due to emergency, please email me at jennygsanders@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please consider how one swimmer not showing up impacts multiple people and ensure that you are committed to coming aside from emergencies (which we understand come up). 

VOLUNTEER JOBS: Log on to team unify and sign up for your volunteer job.  Every family is expected to volunteer for a minimum of two volunteer shifts between our three meets + City Meet. This can be you, a grandparent, a babysitter.

• Volunteer check in: 3:30

• Timer, clerk of course, stroke and turn meetings at 3:40. Meet is expected to last until 7:30.

• If you are a stroke and turn or timer, please have the updated Swimmingly app v 10.0.4 (not the SwimminglyFan) downloaded on your phone. We will explain what you need to do in the timers meeting. Please have a full charge and be ready to go!

DO NOT LEAVE the meet without checking in with a Coach Jenny. Relays are changing!

SWIMMER MARK UP:

• On your child's shoulder, please write in sharpie A: their name B: their age C: their 3 digit Swimmingly number.  

• See Home tab above for instructions.

PARKING: Consider parking in the front half of the soccer field or in the grass in front of the tennis courts to allow our visitors access to the parking lot.

SEATING: 

• Our visitors will be set up inside the fence at the shallow end of the pool. Please leave this space for our guests. 

• Wildwood parents can sit in the grill or clubhouse area. We will have a seating area for swimmers outside the fence under the trees on the soccer field side of the pool. We'll have the gates open on that side for swimmers to move between our team area and clerk of course. 

• Please remind your swimmer that they cannot leave the designated Wildwood area! They cannot be on the playground, parking lot, creek, or gaga ball. This is especially important as we are home and our swimmers are more comfortable with the area.

• Please send your swimmer with lots of water, snacks, and waterproof activities (such as cards, games) they can do while waiting for their events.

• Camp chairs recommended for extra seating.

SWIMMINGLY FAN APP: Download the Swimmingly Fan app to access your child's events. Event info should be available Monday evening. 

FOOD: The grill will be serving sausage biscuits and cinnamon rolls in the morning before lunch. Stop by and get something yummy!

CLERK OF COURSE: CoC will be beside the diving well.

• RELAYS: Parents/caregivers of 10u swimmers are expected to report to the clerk of course along with your child for their relays (unless you're in a volunteer job already). We need 2 dedicated adults per relay, one to escort each group of two swimmers to the correct lane on the correct side of the pool. It's truly an "all hands on deck" situation for about 30 minutes!

AREA BEHIND BLOCKS: The only people allowed in this area are swimmers seated by Clerk of Course, coaches, timers, and stroke/turn judges.
