General Rules
- Quip can only be natural colours found in horse coats.
- Only one kind of quip per equid. However, if they blend seamlessly, this is an exception.
- Quip can appear in an unlimited amount of colours on a single equid.
Full or broken stripes. Generally, from the top line or bottom line of the equid flowing toward the middle or opposite edge. Sometimes single direction, but often with a slight wave to the quip

Coral Quip which starts at belly and flows up
Seamless where the quip and base coat interact to create a thin to thick transition between the two

Thin, looping quip to give a “necklace’ appearance which can cross. Can sometimes have small spots of colour along the quip, aka “beads.”

Similar to regular, but is designed to look like paint/water, dripping down the body of the equid. Often goes from the topline vertically straight down toward the belly.

Very thick quip which can appear as filled, with multicolour quipping expressed against each other. Can appear as fill or regular with at least 3 lines of different colour quip touching.
