Event equids are based on specific events, such as the winter holidays, Valentines, Halloween, Summer, etc.
The colours or quipping would be considered illegal on a regular equid
They can be bred all year round but can only produce event foals at certain times of the year. Otherwise, they produce regular foals.
They cannot breed together
Event equids include:
Dragon equids
Valentines + Heartbreaker equids
Appaloosa equids
Rainbow equids
Star equids
Skeleton equids
Winter equids
Breeding Window: January 1st to January 31st

White or black whisker/s running down their body, commonly 1 or 2 - but rarely 3 whiskers can be seen.
Often bright colours appear in the mane where quipping touches.
Breeding during the event window in January will pass down event traits with 100% success.
Breeding outside their event window will pass down event traits at 1% chance.
Please see the next points for the appearance of their offspring if the event trait is not rolled.
Colours, including mane, when bred outside January, should be diluted ex. Red to chestnut
