Ways to Donate

• "Snowballs" of the crocheted, knitted, pom-pomed, or other soft, safe variants to make for a populace free-for-all in the afternoon. This is a great task for anyone looking to destash their yarn supplies. Snowballs are gladly accepted at populace meetings or at Gate.

• Cookie Contest & Bake Sale

  • Bring your best-decorated cookie, individually wrapped, for the judges. Any kind of cookie can be entered, so go wild! Make sure to include an ingredient list. Drop-off will be near Gate between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

  • For those wishing to donate to the bake sale, please drop off your individually packaged and labeled treats--with clearly labeled ingredient lists - near Gate. The bake sale will be open from Noon - 3:00 PM.

• Largesse Derby. Make or assemble seven pieces of largesse to be donated to the Barony of Wiesenfeuer. Six pieces will go to the Barony, while one piece of each largesse entry will go into a winning prize basket. Winner announced at derby end. Please drop off your largesse entries at Gate by 10:00 AM.

• Silent Auction. To donate your goods and/or services to Wiesenfeuer's Silent Auction, please see Sainte du Bois on-site by 10:00 AM in the Narthax room. Auction winners will need to pay for their prizes and pick them up by 4:00 PM.
