Championships

This year the theme is Dinosaurs!

There will be an adult and youth competition. The theme is optional but encouraged. Bring what you have, and we would be thrilled to see dinosaurs!

The format is going to be as follows: Bring your piece and any documentation you have, and have a short interview with the Baron and Baroness. There will be judging, and Their Excellencies will choose their champion.

The forms we will be using for judging are located at  A&S Documentation Form, Answers to these questions are needed for the adults, and more documentation is welcome but not required. Performance  entries are allowed, although there will also be a separate Bardic competition happening onsite. Documentation is entirely optional for any youth artisans. 

I will be back with more information as the competition gets closer. Currently we plan to put out an optional pre-registration for artisans shortly before Yule, to give you an opportunity to tell us what you are bringing. Pre-registration is not required, but if you have documentation to submit ahead of time or need specific accommodations (electrical outlets, etc.) for your entry, it would help us a lot to tell us what you are bringing so we can be ready for you. 

Note: this is a TOTALLY DRY SITE! This means that there can be no, repeat NO alcohol. Other culinary entries are allowed.

Youth are encouraged to bring their best to the Arts & Sciences competition. 

Documentation is not required.
