8:00 AM | Gate Opens. Drop-off opens for A&S displays, silent auction donations, cookie decorating contest entries, and largesse derby entries.

9:30 AM | Morning Court

10:00 AM | Drop-off Ends for; A&S Displays, Silent Auction items, Cookie Contest, Largesse Derby. 

10:30 AM or End of Court | Youth & Family Activities begin in the Main Hall, with four stations open until Noon. The Sanctuary opens. Vigils to begin.  Chivalric Snowball Tourney to begin. Bake sale to begin.

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM | A&S Judging. Their Excellencies request that all artisans entering the A&S Championship allot a few moments of their time to explain their entry. 

Noon | A Very Elevated Sideboard Luncheon Opens! 

1:00 PM | A Visit From Father Winter. Baroness' Tea & Populace Social.  Chess Tournament begins. Spear-it of Yule Tourney to begin.

2:00 PM | Gate closes.

2:00 PM | Bardic Championship. Silent Auction closes.

3:00 PM | Tassel Making with Brendan. Cut & Thrust Tourney to begin.

4:00 PM | Indoor activities to end. Baron VS. Baroness Populace Snowball Fight! Vigils to end.

5:00 PM | Court Prep & Hall Set-up

5:30 PM | Evening Court

7:30 PM | Tear Down to begin after court.

8:00 PM | Site Closes
