For this week's task I have teamed up with Harrold Butchers (Wick), and they have asked you to design a new meat product for their shop. I will choose the top 10 ideas (from S1 and S2), and someone from the butchers will select the winning product. The butchers will be making and selling the winning product - so try your best to be creative!
Task Details:
You must create a meat product that can be sold in Harrold Butchers.
Ideas of products you could create: sausages, burgers, chicken dish, a beef dish. This is not a final list, you could make something different, but your dish must contain meat.
Try not to make your dish too complicated. The butchers will need to mass produce your dish, so you don't want to include a sauce that has lots of ingredients and steps as this would be very time consuming.
You must include:
A diagram of your product (what will it look like? Ensure you add labels so it is clear)
An ingredients list and a method. This is very important!! If you win, the butchers will be making your product, so they will need your ingredients list and method.
Optional - if you would like to, you can make your product and send me a photo of it.
I have posted photos (on Google Classroom) of some of the dishes they already make - you could use these as inspiration!
Try to present your idea in a well presented manner. It will be submitted to a local business, so you want this to be some of your best work.
