It's less suited for someone who is completely new to ecommerce and needs hand-holding on Shopify basics like how to set up a payment processor. The community is pitched at people ready to put in the work and move fast, not people who need the fundamentals of what a dropshipping business model is.
Also, if you're a volume reseller focused on Amazon FBA or Walmart arbitrage, this probably isn't your audience. The focus is clearly on direct-to-consumer stores built around Google and Meta paid traffic.
