Applied Behavior Analysis

ABA Therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

In the summer of 2020 I completed a 40+ hour training course on Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA Therapy to understand the three-term Contingency Process of Antecedent, Behavior, Consequence in conjunction with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote independence while developing social and fine motor skills among clients with Autism through home-based Direct Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), behavior reduction, and reinforcement. As a Behavior Technician I implemented Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I completed the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Registered Behavior Technician Exam in December of 2020.
