Dues
Dues are $25 for the 2020-2021 school year, and they include a t-shirt. If you are unable to pay, please talk to our sponsor, Mz. Jackson. There will be a Student Council officer in Mz. Jackson's room (CTE 6) before school from September 9th to the 18th. The officer will write you a receipt and record that you have officially become a member. If you turn dues in before September 18th, you will receive 10 points for the point system. If you turn dues in on September 18th, you will receive 5 points for the point system.

At least for the first nine weeks, our meetings will be prerecorded. They will be sent out over Remind and posted on the website the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month. We will also host live sessions over Zoom once or twice a month for increased engagement. We hope to be able to meet in person soon!

Conventions
As a council we attend Fall, Spring, and State Convention every year. If you are an active member, you could be a part of these amazing experiences too! At these conventions, we learn leadership skills, collaborate on ideas with other councils from our district and state, play games, make connections and grow as individuals and as a council. If you would like to come to any of these events, watch our meetings and stay involved in Student Council to earn points.
